Yes, 92135 has been deleted and the new cpt codes are 92133 optic nerve, and 92134 for retina.

denial for OCT's when ordered by optometrist.
Medicare is denying our 92133 if the patient is seen by an optometrist, has anyone else have this problem? Know of any solution, there was no problem when it was 92135
