Can 92937 only be billed once? The wording each additonal branch subtended by the bypass graft is kinda confusing to me. Here is what our cardiologist performed.

Yes. 92937 is for, "single vessel;" for additional vessels go to your add-on, 92938.

It appears stent/PTA was done in two separate CABGs so CPT codes are:
92937
92938
