Wiki 96110 Diagnosis code help needed!

] Does anyone out there have an answer to this question?.... When a pt is screened for developmental delays at 18mos & again at their 2yr check up do I need to use Dx code V20.2 or V79.3 on the CPT 96110? Technically, it is a wellness visit so I'm wondering could just the wellness code be used. Scratching my head too hard on this one! Any help appreciated.

This code is used for developmental delay for children and you can use V20.2. We have had much success with this diagnosis code.

I use V20.2 and typically get paid with no problems
