]:confused: Does anyone out there have an answer to this question?.... When a pt is screened for developmental delays at 18mos & again at their 2yr check up do I need to use Dx code V20.2 or V79.3 on the CPT 96110? Technically, it is a wellness visit so I'm wondering could just the wellness code be used. Scratching my head too hard on this one! Any help appreciated.
