I have a DO that is using this code. I am having an issue with getting this pd using dx M54.16 and M54.12. Any advice on getting this pd would be great.

You're not using a somatic dysfunction diagnosis code. You likely won't get paid without one. So if the patient doesn't have somatic dysfunction, its likely not a payable service.
