This is all my report states:

Dx: Renovascular htn

Pt presents w/malignant htn, renal U/S suggests high grade R renal artery stenosis

Procedure technique: access: femoral, fluoro time 7.5 min, contrast visipaque ....

Findings: Aortography: mild diffuse intraluminal narrowing of mid and distal AA w/focal narrowing of distal Aorta. Single renal artery arises bilaterally
Has hemnodynamic summary:
Vascular: There is smooth 50% narrowing of proximal L renal artery and 50-60% narrowing of proximal R renal artery

Conclusions: MOderate bilateral renal artery narrowing, Mild narrowing of mid and distal AA.

Dr has codes 75625-26, 36245-50 and 36252......Any suggestions? I thought 36252 would bundle with 75625?

All is see is 75625 and 36140 (femoral access).
The physician has not documented catheter placement so no 36200, (much less 36245-50), or 36252. The most logical combination is
36200/75625 or just 36262 but again, the documentation is insufficient.

HTH :)
