Hello, can anyone please tell me if you bill for accessory devices in an ASC such as Arthorwands and Trocars under the L8699 implant code?

no those are supplies used to accomplish the surgery and payment is included in your facility fee. Those items are not "implants".

we do use wands on some surgery's but we dont bill out for those. we use a company called drs solutions.
