The 29888 for the ACL repair and the 29877 can they be billed together? I know that they will not be paid seperatly, but in what about multiple?

29877 should only be billed with the 59 modifier if the debridement (chondroplasty) was performed in another compartment (and documentation is clearly stated), if all was done at the ACL-only bill 29888.
