Is it standard to apply a multiple modifier reduction for -50 mod on an add-on code?
 
add on and 50 modifier

There're few CPT codes you would need to append 50 modifier, for example see CPT codes: 64480,64484,64491,64492,64494, 64495 and 64634.
These are just examples of som add-on billable with a 50 modifier.
