The physician gave diagnoses as Type I labral tear superiorly and supraspinatus tear retracted laterally.

The procedures he listed was a labral debridement and rotator cuff debridement. He reported as noted above a Type 1 labral tear superiorly and supraspinatus which was retracted several cms medial to the glenoid and was debrided arthroscopically.

Do I use 29822 or 29823?
