If a physician lists the medical allergies anywhere on a note, does this count towards the ROS?
 
Yes, I would agree. The physician must document what the pt is allergic to. Doesn't matter where on the note they dictate it, but it must be specific.

Yes I would count that. It was addressed, so it is documented that the pt has no allergies...Remember, The patient's positive and pertinent negatives can be counted in the ROS... :)
