Billing for A0998 NON TRANSPORT Ambulance claims , are you supposed to use the POS 41 ? I get a rejection for no Ambulance cert when using this POS but since it is a Non-transport there are no transport reason codes or mileage, etc. Can someone tell me the proper way to bill this electronically.
