I'm looking for a resource that lists the anesthesia CPT codes I need if an anesthesiologist provided the anesthesia and a separate physician performed things like: implantation of spinal cord stimulator, intrathecal pain pump, radiofrequency thermocoagulation of peripheral nerves - just to name a few.
