Hi there, 00902 is the primary ASA crosswalk code for 55700 and 55705. The ASA crosswalk for 55706 is 00400.

If 55700 is how the procedure starts and then switches 55706 (states steriotactic being used) what CPT code should we be choosing. Is 55700 inherently part of 55706? They use an endocavity probe inserted in the rectum to and ultrasound to measure the prostate and inject lidocaine. Does this cover the 00902 for 55700 or when switching to the steriotactic 00400 55706?
