we have a new provider that wants 3 appointment types-establish care,
pap only, and review of systems. that is fine, but for her chief complaint on the 'ros' ones, that is all she uses for the cc. to me, that is not billable, and the 'ros' appointments should be 'f/u to......'. is there any documentation out there that i can show her to correct this??

Appointment for New Patients
Appointment for Pap Only
Appointment for Review of Systems? Does this mean established patients?

Post a copy of a note if you could...I'm not sure what you exactly you are asking.
