Do ins. co allow APRN's to see & bill for new patient sick visits & well visits?
 
Yes. If they are contracted they can bill for services they provide.

If you are asking about billing incident to under an MD's provider number that is a little more complicated. New patients - Incident to billing not allowed. Sick visits - assuming the sick visit is a new complaint - incident to billing not allowed. Well visits - assuming this means a preventative care visit - incident to billing not allowed.

It took me a long time to get this straight in my head but after doing some internal chart auditing, I finally got it. (I think!) Hope this helps.
