diagnosis is arteriosclerosis with claudication. Doesn't mention extremities - should I require more information to code?
 
Yes, absolutely ask the location of the atherosclerosis; extremities, carotids, coronary etc. If it is in the extremities is it native vessels or bypass grafts?
