Hello Everyone,

I have been searching for Article's and LCD's in WPS J8. The only ones I have been able to find is for pacemaker. I have searched on these's websites wpsgha.com and https://www.cms.gov/medicare-coverage-.database/search.aspx. I have been unable to find for CPT codes Loop 33285, 93298, G2066, ICD Remote checks 93295, 93296, and Pacemaker 93296 and 93294. Is there articles for these codes? Any suggestions on where to find them ?
