How do you decided or where do you look to see which cpt codes you can append an 80 modifier to?

I have an ablation procedure with assist and need to know how/where to search to find out which codes can be billed with an 80 and which can not. Thanks for your help.
 
you can look at the RVU fee schedule scroll over to the assist surgery column 0 = not permitted 1= may be allowed w documentation 2= allowed and 9= does not apply
