I have questions regarding the use of the following three CPT codes, 95921 and 95922 and 95923. Because of the use of the semi colon and the colon in the first code 95921, I'm unclear if you can bill all three of the codes at the same time when all three procedures are done.

More specifically, can a provider bill both the 95921 and the 95922?

Does anyone have an opionion?
