Wiki BCBS Med Advantage POS Wound Care HELP!!

I am trying to clear up a few denials. We have a physician that goes to the Wound Care Center, provides physician services. We have always billed with POS 11 and location at the Wound Center and have never had denials for this with other payers or this one but they are refusing to pay for specific DOS for POS. We have exhausted most efforts and so I am just fishing to see if anyone else has had this issue before and what solutions you can suggest.
