Wiki BCBS Rejections for Z00.129

We are receiving rejections from bcbs for every well visit we bill with Z00.129. They are stating it is incorrect primary diagnosis code. I am having a hard finding someone at bcbs to help me with this issue, anyone else having this problem or know who to contact?

Are all of the patients 29 days and older that you are receiving these denials for, or are some of them for 1-28 days old?
