I Need Some Help With Cpt Codes

This Is What The Definition Of The Code I Need (room And Board)

Behavioral Health: Long -term Care Residential (nonacute Care In A Residential Treatment Program Where Stay Is Typically Longer Than 30 Days), With Room And Board, Per Diem

There Are Two Hcpcs Codes T2048 And H0019 That Are Perfect But They Are Medicaid Only Codes.

What Are The Codes For This To Be Filed To Other Insurance Such As Commercial And Bcbs? Fyi Facility Is For Juveniles And Stay Is For 6-8 Weeks.

Thanks. That is a medicaid only code. We need a code for other insurance such as BCBS and Commercial.
