Wiki Bill for a repeat le when stopping polypectomy site bleeding?

Hello my name is Kathleen, I am wondering how you would have billed this: An inpatient was scoped (LE) and three polyps removed. Two days later, that same patient has rectal bleeding, and another LE is done in which clips were used to stop the bleeding at the polypectomy sites. We billed 45382 with the diagnosis as 211.3. Is this appropriate? How would you have done this?
 
I would bill this as you have with CPT 45382, but would bill 569.3 for rectal bleeding as the diagnosis code. CCI edits bundle polypectomy with bleed control, but 2 days post procedure is not within CCI timeframe.
