Billing discontinued lap (47562) had to 47600

If the surgeon discontinues the 47562 due to issues he could not address and then had to open the patient, how do I bill this. I was going to bill 47562-53 and 47600. Not sure how to handle this one. I need to know how to correctly bill for this.
