Can CPT code 31276 Rt be billed with 31296 LT. I checked the CCI edits and it indicated that it could but required a modifier. Possibly -50 bililateral.
Please advise
 
Instructions state do not report 31276 in conjunction with 31296 when performed on the same sinus. Since you are reporting -Rt and -Lt modifiers, you should be able to bill together.
