Wiki billing for foriegn body

I work for a radiology group and was wondering if it is feesable for us to bill for foriegn body or suspected foriegn body left during a medical procedure for incorrect instrument count in OR

was the foreign body seen on the radiology film after the surgeon closed?

As a facility, we would not charge/bill for an x-ray performed under the conditions you described.

well I think when they come up with an incorrect instrument count then they xray again to see if one is showing and on these reports they put suspected foriegn body and nothing is seen by xray but we do have some xrays that does show surgical instruments
