Billing MH vs SA

I need assistance....I started working for a MH/SA facility and have taken over their billing. They have now started doing MH therapy as well as the SA therapy. There is alot of confusion regarding coding for things such as group sessions....would the CPT codes be the same for both SA and MH and the payment of the claims just be diagnosis driven? For example I have a patient doing group therapy for MH, for SA we bill 90853, would we bill the same for the MH?
