Hello to all,
Our practice is rapidly growing and in need of a more efficient billing software program. We currently have 25 providers.

What services does your practice render?

I have been able to experience different programs (Medisoft, Psyquel, AdvancedMD, Kareo, Kipu, ReDoc, etc) and there are many pros and cons to each.

It really breaks down to specifics on what you're looking for, type of practice, how you compensate providers (ie. contracted or salary), types of reports needed, SOAP notes, EMR, templates, clearing house connections (Zirmed, Emdeon, Relay Health, Avality, etc.) and what the practice willing to spend.

Hope this helps. Fortunately billing softwares will schedule countless demos to show case what they have and don't hesitate to let them know you are considering multiple in order to find the best fit.
