Hi All,

My provider questioned if it would be cost effective to draw blood from patients in the office rather than sending them out to the lab.

Is anyone drawing in the office?
What CLIA level do you need to obtain?
What CPT codes do you bill out?
Are you getting reimbursed?

Any info would be greatly appreciated. We want to figure out if it's cost effective to draw in house as I know some labs like the Urinalysis are almost not worth billing out...
