Wiki Bone graft and old hardware

This patient had a revision to a failed acl reconstruction- can anyone help me is there a code for removal of that hardware and
another code for bone grafting of the tibial tunnel with allograft bone graft

i only billed the 29888 with modifier 22 should i have billed any other codes?????

29888-22 would be appropriate for this scenario if you are billing for a surgeon
