Hello,
Is there a code for a local bone graft? Dr did a ORIF of metatarsal w/ a local bone grafting. He didn't make a separte incison. Is there anything for that?

If there wasn't a separate incision, I believe the graft would be included. But I'd be curious if there are other responses.
 
mmm don't be fooled. Even though it was the same incision....What bone did the bone graft come from? If it was the same metatarsal that he was repairing, then yes its included. Otherwise you may be looking at another code.
