We have a procedure schedule in the near future using cadavar bone graft inserting in a bone.....I've looked at the HCPCS book and can't find any that apply, so would I code this as a L8699? And would this be reimbursed other insurance plans, CIGNA, AETNA??? I know that BCBS wouldn't pay on this..
Any help is appreciated.
Thanks
