Breast lifts and augmentation codes

I appreciate any help with cpt and dx codes for Breast lift surgeries. Are there different cpt codes for Lollipop, Verticle or Inverted T-lift surgeries? Also are there combination codes when doing an augmentation at same time, or do we just bill both codes out? Thank you, and any extra information will be helpful.
