Hi friends- I have a question about billing assistant surgeon.

My surgeon is starting to utilize 20985 in his total joint surgeries. My question is, when billing his PA as an assistant to surgery, am I able to bill 20985- AS, or should I leave out the imaging code for the assistant since it seems that just the surgeon is actually doing the visualization and navigation?
I guess I'm wondering would it be
MD: 27447, 20985
PA: 27447-AS, 20985- AS or just 27447-AS ???

Any help would be appreciated.
