Hello, I need help

MD performed "first metatarsophalangeal joint implant" which I coded as
28293.....#2 procedure was capsular advancement, first metatarsophalangeal
joint.....md stated in op note " attention directed to the distal aspect of the
proximal phalanx after which, the capsular structures were lifted from the
underlying periosteum and carefully interposed into the first metatarsophalangeal joint for good appostion after additional cushioning
at the level of the joint" What code should I use? Thanks, Brenda
