Hi everyone,
As CAR T Therapy is expanded to OP not only IP setting, do we know if there are changes into the CPT codes related to CAR T Therapy? thanks
 
The codes are the same for outpatient as they are inpatient. There are category I codes that went into effect in 2025. Problem is CMS doesn't reimburse for the first 3 codes, only the administration, because CMS says the reimbursement for the first 3 is bundled into the drug code (the Q code).
