According to Dr Dictation the procedures done were:

1. Stent placement of the LAD
2. Stent placement of the Saphenous Vein Graft to the first anterolateral coronary artery
3. Stent placement of the Saphenous Vein Graft to the LCX

I understand that you would code the first one with 92928

However, can you code the last two procedures with 92937 since they are 2 seperate areas or does the 2nd one have to be coded as 92938 since it is a branch?

I am unfamiliar with the first anterolateral coronary artery. Can you provide a report?
