Carefirst denial of G0202

Has anyone else experienced denials from carefirst stating that CPT G0202 is not a valid code. I called to talk with them and they said they do not except G codes. They asked me to submit with another code :eek:
 
we usually bill a G0202-26 for a bilateral digital mammogram screening. they state there system does not accept the G codes. with 77052-26 for the screening CAD and if they have a tomo we use the 76499-26 with tomosynthesis written on the claim. they paid the cad and the tomo but not the mammo:confused: I have 8 claims that they denied.
