Carotid Stenosis -difference of opinion

Hi,

How would you code a finding of "less than 50% carotid stenosis"? would this be a positive finding? having a difference of opinion.

I would code the occlusion and stenosis due to it may be 49%, the patient still has an occluded artery. Or if I am wrong please let me know.
