CDM updates vs 2010 CPT code changes

What would you need to know for CDM chargemaster updates? And what changes would need to be addressed with the 2010 CPT code changes?:o

Diagnosis codes are not in the CDM only the CPT and HCPC 11 codes are in the chargemaster. things that need to be addressed in the chargemaster are any and all CPT changes, additions, deletions.
