I don't know if I'm just overthinking this case but can someone please help me!

What is the code for Hemorrhagic abdominal wall cellulitis?

I would code as L03.311. The Index does not provide further delineation/breakdown to include hemorrhage. I see that as a sign/symptom of the cellulitis and thus no need to code.
 
Thank you! I was thinking along the same lines but just felt like there should be something to capture the hemorrhage. I feel much better now that I got a second opinion! Thanks again!
