Hello everybody :)

I am trying to find a cheat sheet that has all CPT codes on there that do need an actual diagnosis and not just V70.0. Can anybody help or direct me to somewhere?

I would strongly discourage coding from a cheat sheet. You must code each case individually, based on the documentation at hand. Any CPT codes that are not specifically preventive in nature would require some sort of illness/symptom/disease diagnosis code. And V70.0 is not the only preventive diagnosis code that is used.
