Hello fellow coders:

Does anyone have a cheat sheet for cpt codes for radiation oncology? also looking for some sample notes to cover these cpt codes. For example I have a rad onc billing for 77301-26,77300-26 and 77338-26. The note states IMRT planning note but not sure how to take it apart to make sure the dictation covers all three codes being billed. Any help and guidance would be greatly appreciated.
