Pt seen for an MRI KNEE, the only hx on the order states knee pain, R/O ACL tear. Unknown if this is from any type of injury.

IMPRESSION: Tear of the anterior cruciate ligament, mild substance.

Would this be coded as 844.2 or 717.83
