I have a general question regarding CIC exam. I would like to know if there would be any real coding scenarios in this exam as it is the case with CPC exam. I reviewed the guide book for CIC and it does not seem to address any actual coding. Mainly it includes some concepts regarding inpatient coding and some anatomy and other topics. Please advise.
