I am looking for a someone who is familiar with Client billing that can answer a coding question?
Does the companies have to utilize CPT coding guidelines or do they have their own set of coding rules. I am reviewing notes and seeing 99214 used for preventative visits. thank you in advance

Can you elaborate on the type of client you're referring to? Is it for a Workers' Comp carrier or a Commercial carrier? For example, work comp guidelines vary per state.
