Wiki CMS LCD for 96168 and 96170

What is the updated LCD by cms for these codes. I googled it on their website and found the LCD but I am not sure if it was even correct cause I saw somewhere else that said 96170 is not covered. I'm confused and trying to resolve this for the denials.
