Wiki code for fracture subluxation of elbow?

Diagnosis is "fracture subluxation of right elbow joint." Do I use two diagnosis codes, one for fracture, one for subluxation? Index not leading me to anything that covers both.

There wont be a combo code so you need to use more than one code. You cant technicality fracture an elbow just the bones of the elbow.
