Has anyone billed this before? Would you use an unlisted code? This pt has a non-displaced medial malleolar fx as well as a calcaneous fx that he is also treating percutaneously. Here is the portion of the op note for the medial mal fixation...

However, at this time, our attention turned to the left lower extremity and with C-arm localization and in a percutaneous fashion through a sub centimeter stab incision about the medial ankle. A single Synthes 4.5 mm headless compression screw was placed about the medial malleolar fracture using standard technique over wire stabilizing this nondisplaced fracture. We then proceeded with external fixator placement. We then proceed with multiplanar ankle spanning external fixator placement to reduce and stabilize the calcaneus fracture. Two 5 mm tibial shaft half pins were inserted using standard predrill technique using a 6-hole drill guide. These were then secured with a 6-hole pin cluster clamp.
